Grow:Turn ships internationally from South Korea. The current estimated delivery window is 14-28 days after payment confirmation.

1. Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 2 business days. The delivery estimate begins after payment confirmation and remains an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

2. Worldwide Delivery

Available destinations are shown at Shopify Checkout. A destination that cannot currently be served will not be available for checkout.

3. Shipping Cost

Standard worldwide shipping is currently free unless a different charge is clearly displayed before payment.

4. Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local handling charges may apply depending on the destination. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges were collected, the recipient is responsible for them.

5. Tracking

A tracking code is sent after dispatch. Use Track Your Order to follow available carrier updates. International tracking can take several days to show its first movement.

6. Delivery Address

Review the full address, postal code, unit number, and recipient details before payment. Orders sent to an incorrect customer-provided address may require an additional shipping charge.

7. Delays and Delivery Problems

Customs review, carrier disruption, weather, and peak periods can extend delivery. If the 28-day estimate has passed or the parcel arrives damaged, submit the order details through Contact Us.
